Saint Bonnet is a 5.68 Acre smallholding located in the center of the beautifulk rolling hills of the Bourbonnaise region of the Allier, France. Historicaly the buildings and land were used as a small cattle farm, then later to house horses and over the last 13 years it has been used by us as a llama breeding and training center and then just to keep our last remaining 4 castrated male llamas as domestic animals. We have lived in France for just over 20 years and have spent the last 13 years here at Saint Bonnet, the property has been renovated by both ourselves and local professional artisans and requires no work whatsoever, however should the purchassers wish to expand the accommodation then there is more than enough space available for that to be achieved. The electricity supply was switched from thri-phase to single phase and the fuse pannel was updated and certified by a professional electrician. In March 2025 all the beams in the loft were professionaly treated using Insecticide fungacide conforming to IFC 300 CTBP and guarneteed for 10 years.
